Podcast Blogifier: Turn a rambling transcript into a blog post readers can skim.
Your episode is full of good ideas, but the transcript is a wall of filler, false starts, and “can you hear me?” Podcast Blogifier turns it into a clean blog post with a title, topic headings, and speaker names, staying close to what was actually said.
Included with membership at $10/month or more.

Paste the transcript from your own show, a guest interview, or a recorded Q&A. Choose a short recap or the full conversation, then review the draft before you publish.
Your work stays private. Author Media does not store, track, or view what you post. The tools use business APIs with privacy set to the maximum, so the AI companies do not train on your words.
Use it on recordings you already have.
You do not need your own show or a published book. Any recorded conversation with a transcript can become a post for your blog or newsletter.
Your own podcast episodes
Publish a written version beside each new episode, or work through older episodes in your archive. Listeners who would rather read get the same ideas, organized by topic.
Interviews on someone else’s show
Turn a guest appearance about your book into a post for your own site. Ask the host before you republish their show’s conversation, and link back to the episode.
Live Q&As, classes, and events
Turn a reader Q&A, a webinar, or a recorded talk into an article for the people who could not attend. In testing, a two-hour patron Q&A became a full article organized into topic sections.
See what the cleanup does to a single line.
A raw transcript might read: “So, um, can you hear me? Okay. So the thing is, readers, uh, readers usually find you through, like, other readers.” A cleaned post keeps the point and most of the wording: “The thing is, readers usually find you through other readers.”
Bring a transcript. Get a post to review.
You bring
Paste a transcript of a podcast episode, interview, or recorded conversation, with or without time codes. Choose a length from 200 to 500 words up to 20,000 to 25,000 words, or keep the full conversation.

You get
A blog post draft with a title, a short summary and key takeaways when the conversation supports them, topic headings, and bold speaker names when the speaker changes.
It works from what the transcript says and is designed not to add facts. It cannot name a speaker your transcript labels only as “Speaker 2.” Check names, quotes, and anything marked [unclear] before you publish.
Before you paste a transcript
Can it work from my audio file?+
Not directly. Paste a transcript instead. Most recording and hosting services can create one, including Descript, Riverside, Zoom, YouTube, and Apple Podcasts. Time codes and stage directions are removed in the cleanup.
Will it change what my guest said?+
It is designed to keep the meaning and as much of the original wording as possible, and to add no facts that are not in the transcript. It removes filler, fixes grammar and obvious transcription errors, and marks a phrase it cannot make out as [unclear] instead of guessing. Compare important quotes with the recording before you publish.
Will it know who is speaking?+
It uses the names in your transcript and puts them in bold when the speaker changes. If your transcript says “Speaker 1” and “Speaker 2,” the post will too. Replace those labels with real names before you paste, or edit the draft afterward.
How long can the recording be?+
A two-hour Q&A transcript worked in testing, though the run took nearly five minutes. For a much longer recording, split the transcript into parts or choose a shorter length.
Can I get a short recap instead of the whole conversation?+
Yes. Choose a range such as 200 to 500 or 500 to 1,000 words for a recap, or keep the full conversation for a complete article. A short post can run a little past the top of its range, so trim it if you need an exact word count.
Where did this tool come from?+
Podcast Blogifier is adapted from the tool Thomas Umstattd Jr. built to create the blog versions of the Author Update show.
Is my work private?+
Yes. Author Media does not store, track, or view anything you post to this tool. The tools reach each AI through its business API with privacy set to the maximum, so the AI companies do not train on your words.
