May Website Launches

author website launch

Launching a new website is something to celebrate! This year, we’ve been having a lot of fun highlighting our clients who are launching new websites by featuring them in a monthly post.

The sites we launched in May covered three very different topics and were a lot of fun to work on.

The Turquoise Traveler

Traveling ladies, take note! On this site you’ll find all sorts of tips and tricks for ladies who love to travel.

Author Media had the privilege of building Nan Rinella’s author website last year, and we were thrilled when she came back to have us make another site. Nan is a former flight attendant and knows how to travel with style and safety!

For her travel tips blog, she chose the Silver package with Mailchimp integration. You can check out her finished website at

Dollar Planning

There are many websites that will help you make one dollar do the work of two, but Brenda Taylor’s approach is a bit different. As she says, it’s not just about frugality, it’s also about the motives and the heart behind it.

To help get this message out, Brenda came to Author Media for a website. Since she just needed a simple, easy-to-navigate blog, she chose the Bronze website package. She is also using our MyBookTable plugin for her recommended resources.

Barbara Cofer Stoefen

Barbara is an up-and-coming author with a powerful message. She has lived through the nightmare of having a child addicted to meth, and she can testify that there is hope and healing for both parents and children experiencing similar situations to hers.

Since Barbara is under contract for her memoir, she needed a custom design that fit her brand. A Silver website with Mailchimp integration was the perfect solution, along with MyBookTable to help her promote her book.

You can visit her site and sign up for updates on her upcoming book at
